Series consists of briefings for the Chairman of the Executive Board. The briefings are essentially a detailed script, or framework for discussion, prepared by other departments for Executive Board meetings, and issued and maintained by Secretary's Department Immediate Office (SECAI). The Chairman changes every year which is why this briefing is prepared; it serves as a protocol for what the Chairman should say according to order of agenda. The briefings inherently reveal some content on issues discussed in the Executive Board Meetings but Summary of Proceedings should be consulted for final resolutions and decisions. Briefings in this series are for EBMs (Executive Board Meeting) and Executive Board informal sessions. Some documents contain handwritten annotations. Arranged chronologically.
