Subseries consists of photographs of the Thirty-Fifth Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Board of Governors of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD)(now the World Bank Group), held in Washington, DC from September 30 through October 3, 1980. Subseries includes photographs of senior-level attendees participating in meetings, delivering speeches, Governors and their affiliates seated in their meeting hall country place settings, and attendees participating in social events., Photographs (prints and negatives) have been kept in their original order as found in four photo albums, a binder of corresponding negatives, and one page of textual records listing a general inventory of the 1980 Annual Meetings photographs. The four photo albums, containing color and b&w prints that have been taped to each page, include the folllowing: Volume 1 Ladies' Events (F. Street Club), Chairman's Reception (continued Book II) 181c; Volume 2 Chairman's Reception (continued from Book I), Kennedy Center 579c (continued in Book III); Volume 3 Kennedy Center 579c (continued from Book II), Fund Atrium Dinner 1032c, Reception at Chinese Embassy 1501c, Plenary Meetings 732c (continued in Book IV); and Volume 4 Plenary Meetings (continued from Book III), ICSID 1679c, Miscellaneous. Names of individuals have been listed where they have been identified. The corresponding negatives to the four photo albums are organized with an ascending numerical arrangement assigned by the photographers with each sleeve numbered 1-154. Each sleeve also includes the individual frame numbers contained in that sleeve. In addition, there are four 4x5 inch negatives of Annual Meetings Chairman Amir H. Jamal delivering a speech that are rehoused and stored separately in an archival file, [File 1]. The textual record lists an inventory of the photographs as well as the archives receipt of the photographs from the Bank-Fund Conferences Office in January 1985 and is found in [File 2].
