Sous-fonds consists of records created and/or maintained by the Staff Benefits Division and the Recruitment Division of the Administration Department, along with a few records from the Division of Personnel, the precursor to both divisions. The series are divided up according to a file plan inherited direclty from the Administration Department Staff Benefits Division, although some series come from the Administration Department Recruitment Division.
