Records contain outgoing and some incoming correspondence exchanged with between Whittome and the other commissioned organizations (includes correspondence with PRs Thalvitz, Zecchini and Flemming), copies of his memoranda and handwritten notes to the Managing Director, to Head of the IMFTask Force Teresa Ter-Menessian and other IMF staff, minutes of meetings and drafts of the Summary Report. Material is organized according to his Secretariat's filing plan. Series contains also a set of chronological files (July 1990 - March 1991), a diary (1990) and printed material including the filnal report (The Economy of the USSR, a study undertaken in response to a request by the Houston Summit.
