Series consists of the chronological files of Albert S. Gerstein, Deputy General Counsel (1964-1974). Records cover the period 1966-1974 and include editorial comments on and critiques of papers and documents of other staff members; correspondence, including correspondence with the Director and other Legal Department staff; recommendations to the Director; and, memoranda to file. In some instances, files include indexes to their documents. File are arranged chronologically.
